When you’re planning a wedding, it’s a meticulous process and you want everything to be spot on. The dress is vitally important, as are the flowers. The venue, the wedding breakfast and the guest list – all of these things take a long time to get just right. When it comes to the evening’s entertainment, it can sometimes be a bit hit and miss. We’re Sensation Band and we think we’re the best wedding band on the circuit. I know we would say that; we’re biased after all. But it isn’t just something that we say. We were voted the UK’s best party band in both 2014 and 2015 and we think that says a lot about us.
Why are we the best? Well, that’s not easy to answer. It could be that Sensation Band are made up of professional singers and musicians, who make the Band their day job and think about nothing else. We source the best quality instruments we can afford, we practice new songs for days until they are good enough to be added to our set list, and we bring our own sound engineer to every event we attend. It’s the sound engineer’s job to ensure that we sound as professional as possible and we think we do a good job.
