Why do so many couples choose Sensation Band for their big day?
We absolutely love a destination wedding. Beautiful scenery, balmy temperatures, outdoor spaces and relaxed guests that want to party all night! We are lucky enough to have travelled to destination weddings in places around the whole world in the last few years. No destination is too far for or unusual for us! Setting us apart from all other bands, we have a dedicated in-house team of experienced destination wedding planners and we help take care of all our logistics.
How do the logistics Work?
For European Destination Weddings, we generally fly out the night before the Wedding, and head to the venue for soundcheck at noon. If we are performing in the ceremony we will then be at the venue all day until our final set. We stay overnight locally, ready to fly back the next day. We have connections with sound suppliers throughout Europe so we are able to source the equipment we need locally to find the best and most cost effective option. Our in-house sound engineers travel out the day before the event to oversee the install and ensure everything is perfect.
For American Destination Weddings, Asian Destination Weddings and longer haul distances, depending on time zones, it is may necessary for the band to arrive earlier to fit in with your plans.
