Our sister company, Ruby J Events, is based in the same office, allowing planning, design and production to work seamlessly together. For full event planning or bespoke event design, our dedicated planning and production team operates from our London headquarters, as well as offices in the USA. Established five years before Sensation Band, the team has been producing elegant, well-considered events worldwide since 2008, with a reputation built on personal service, attention to detail and a consistently high level of professionalism. Clients are involved as much or as little as they choose, with clear guidance throughout.
Above all, our aim is to keep the process clear, enjoyable and well managed — so planning feels exciting, not overwhelming. When the day arrives, everything is taken care of, allowing you to simply relax and fully enjoy the event.

If full planning isn’t required, Sensation Band's production team can still manage all production and on the day event coordination. Whether the brief is simple or complex. Our warehouse and workshop are based in Wembley, where we stock equipment from all the best brands in the industry.
